Great collar. purchased this for my 90 pound mastiff who's a bit of a puller. I have received a lot of compliments on the pattern as the color really shows well against her darker fur. I wish you could make longer leashes but the 6 feet was just a bit too short for me. Overall, the quality is very good and very well made. I would buy again.

We were going on a walk, our first time ever using this collar, when the buckle released. We live downtown Toronto, and thankfully we caught our puppy before she made it to a main road. When I reached out to the company they apologized for the "inconvenience," and would not give me a refund as I asked. This is not a safe collar and had a horrible experience with customer service, do not buy!!

Love the colour and design of these collars. Bought 3 for our Formosan Mountain dog in various colours. The clip on makes it easy to put on and take off and our dog is usually picky about collars but he doesn't mind this one at all.
The only down side is the silver ring part of the collar tarnishes after wash.
Would definitely buy again. =)

Dealing with this team was extremely positive - They have probably one of the best customer service experience I have dealt with in a while. When we first received our order, we were extremely excited - the bold colors and the size guide was very useful and the collar and harness fitted perfectly! Unfortunately, our dog bit through it within a week- very disappointed so thought we'd try and reach out to the customer service team to see what could be done and we received a response from Jasmine within an hour. We told them the story and they offered to repair it for us at no cost! We received the fixed harness very quickly and it looks like brand new! I can't recommend this company enough and so glad we bought this from a Canadian company - had it been placed elsewhere, this would be a different story!
Its been 3 months now and the product still works and looks great on my 3 yo goldendoodle. Thanks again for such amazing service and product!
