I purchased this harness as it was recommended by a dogwalker. The D ring in the front is very useful. Since my dog is already trained not to pull and was using a no-pull harness, I am personally used to having the leash clipped to the front of the harness. My dog also hates everything that goes over their heads so having the step in is perfect. Sizing is perfect with my Frenchie still having room to grow so don't think we would need to upgrade anytime soon. Dealing with customer service was a breeze and they were very helpful and responsive when we had our delivery address inputted incorrectly and Jenn responded within minutes to get it sorted for me. I am very pleased with the product and service so far.

I ordered this harness in a size large for my Rottweiler/Boxer mix and unfortunately it did not work at all on him, no matter how I tried to adjust it -- the middle strap that goes between his legs was too long even at its shortest length. I emailed customer service for help on sizing and didn't hear back. I didn't read the return policy (my bad) and am disappointed to learn that not only are return labels not provided, but refunds are issued via store credit... this doesn't sit right with me, as there is nothing I am able to exchange this product for since the size smaller wouldn't work on him either based on his measurements. I'm writing this review to make other customers aware that if for whatever reason the size doesn't work for your dog, you're kind of out of luck. Hopefully a local dog rescue can make use of this harness since we can't :( The product itself seems well made and durable though!

I bought this harness for my Shiba inu (has it was suggested in the size chart) . I couldn't fit it on her because the top of the harness can't be ajusted where it has to be adjusted to fit her body (it was to tight under, but to loose infront, she even escape one time!). After 2 weeks, she had no more fur where the metal rings lands on her body (those on the side). Her fur was alway stuck between the metal rings and the nylon when she was moving, and it pulled it out. Also, even after being washed twice, the color of the harness has rubbed off on her fur, so now, she has "aqua" line on her even if she doesn't wear it anymore. The good things I have to say about it is that it dries quickly and it was easy to put on.
